Research on Route Optimization of Hazardous Materials Transportation Considering Risk Equity

چکیده

The consequences of a hazmat accident can be catastrophic due to the characteristics hazardous materials. Different from models, which are constructed perspective “government-carrier”, this paper considers three objectives risk, cost, and compensation cost “government-carrier-public” perspective, so as construct route optimization model transportation considering risk equity. Moreover, that difference in regional emergency response time will significantly affect research incorporates into assessment function, realizes equity by minimizing total based on time. To solve proposed model, multi-objective genetic algorithm linear weighting is designed. results obtained case study verify necessity materials prove established find an optimal meets expectations government, carrier, public.
